Pressed for time = Sandwich Night! Y’all should know by now that I don’t do anything “ordinary”. I’ve kicked up the old fashion BLT’s with some avocado, I threw the succulence over the top by toasting some of my Gluten Free Butter Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pound of bacon
- 4-6 toasted Gluten Butter Rolls
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 ripe avocados
- Sea salt & pepper

Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy
- Slice Gluten Free Butter Rolls in half
- Toast them in toaster until they are slightly browned on the edges
- Slice avocados in half, remove pit, and cut them in 3 sections
- Spread each toasted roll with avocado section, salt and pepper to taste, and top half of the rolls with sliced tomato
- Break bacon in half and put on top of tomato
- Top each sandwich with avocado smeared bun
- Serve immediately
